Halstead hosted a reception last night at the Navy Green in its model townhouse unit. The gathering was well attended. Several couples attended that have already purchased townhouses, as well as a group of prospective buyers and agents. Hors d'oeuvres and were served and guests got the chance to roam around in the Common Green. Since sales have begun, 16 contracts have been signed for the townhouses and only 5 properties remain, all located on the Vanderbilt side of the development. Halstead announced at the gathering that the Claremont row of townhouses would begin this month, with the earliest move-ins expected before July. The Vanderbilt townhouse closings will not begin until the Fall. For more information and availability, head this way.
