Navy Yard Building 92

Building 92 is located is a former Marine Commandants residence that was originally designed in 1857. Upon its renovation, the site recieved a LEED Certification - Platinum Status from the US Green Building Council, the highest designation for sustainable buildings. There are also numerous tour, events & programs that visitors can schedule through Building 92's  website. These programs are offered and operated by the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC), who controls the operations of the Navy Yard. Building 92 also offer a museum for all visitors to learn about the past, presents and future of the yard-providing an important window into a meaningful piece of the both New York City  and America's rich history.
